  • All subscriptions are prepaid and valid for the selected duration (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months).
  • Subscription access is delivered electronically after payment confirmation.
  • Prices, features, and channel availability may change without prior notice.
  • Free trials (if offered) are limited to one per user and may be withdrawn at any time.

3. Account Usage

  • One subscription equals one connection unless a multi-connection plan is explicitly purchased.
  • Sharing login credentials, reselling access, or abusive usage may result in suspension or termination.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

4. Service Availability

We aim to provide high uptime and stable performance. However, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, network conditions, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Refund Policy

If a refund policy or money-back guarantee is advertised, refund requests must be submitted within the stated period and may be subject to verification. Refunds will not be issued for account misuse, credential sharing, device incompatibility, or issues caused by third-party internet providers.
